Part I: One water-cooled screw air compressor, one screw air compressor, one gas storage tank, front filter, freeze dryer, two rear filters, adsorption dryer, filter, drainage pipe, exhaust pipe.
Part Ⅱ: Water filter, water pump, cooling tower, water filter.
